For each accepted paper (research, industrial, short, demo, poster, and tutorial), at least one author needs to have a regular (i.e., non-student) registration. This regular registration should be done before April 30, 2024, to have their paper included in the conference proceedings. If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate regular (i.e., non-student) registration.

The Full 4 Days Pass registration includes:

  • Admission to a very strong technical program comprising technical sessions, keynotes, tutorials, specialized workshops, and a PhD Symposium.
  • Coffee breaks from Monday, June 17 to Thursday, June 20.
  • Lunch from Monday, June 17 to Thursday, June 20.
  • All social events that include: Walking Tour, Welcome Reception, and Conference Dinner. 

The 3 Days Main Conference registration includes everything included in the Full 4 Days Pass registration except the admission to the workshops and tutorials, and the lunch of Monday, June 17.

The 1 Day Workshops & Tutorials registration includes only admission to the workshops and tutorials, and the lunch on Monday, June 17.

Student registrations include everything included in the corresponding non-student registrations. Students will be requested to upload a valid student card or a corresponding student certificate during the registration process.

Payment

The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

Cancellation Policy

The registrations are binding and non-refundable. According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi
